Military chic is a trend I have talked about before. I love the utility look and have worn it often but I’m afraid to link back to those posts because I am unsure what horrible pictures I posted! I can only imagine what my kids will say someday when they see all of these silly pictures of me! So anyway, I have had a Ted Baker Black military coat for many years but this gray women’s military coat is current (and comes in red and navy)! While this is a “trend” it’s a classic look.
Coats are a good place to invest – especially a more timeless piece like this one. I have had my black military coat for 5 years and my most loved wool wrap coat for almost as long. This exact coat happens to be on sale in black and camel if you prefer those colors. It runs true to size.
I am wearing jeggings because I think pull-on pants is where it’s at! My favorite pair sold out but I am sharing a similar pair. I love leggings because they’re so practical for my mom lifestyle. I just got the scuba leggings I bought on Black Friday in the mail today. Technically I did not NEED a new pair, but I wear my other faux leather leggings so often that they’re often in the dirty laundry when I want to wear them. I would love if the scuba leggings were just a bit higher waisted because I am used to the Spanx leather leggings.
This white crewneck sweater is from Lilla P. They have high quality basic pieces. This sweater is SUPER soft and gently oversized (I am wearing size small). I linked a more affordable option but this sweater is REALLY great if you can afford it.
I’m going to make another holiday gift guide this week. Any suggestions? I’d love to know who you are having trouble shopping for!!
I rounded up some other military coats with a great fit and flare look that you might like if this coat peaked your interest. Hope you have a great day!!
