As you guys may know we are in the process of moving houses (and towns). While there are many things I will miss about our home and neighborhood, one of the things I’ll miss most is walking my kids to school. Where we live now we have sidewalks and both kids’ schools are walking distance from our home. So on days when I don’t hit the gym I at least get steps in going to and from pick up.
In today’s post, I am partnering with Jockey to show you guys our his and hers athleisure outfits. It’s perfect for dropping your kids off at school in the morning and then running errands or working out right after. My husband has been thrilled with the Jockey joggers I shared in this post so I went ahead and ordered a women’s pair for myself!
When schools starts in Connecticut the temperature flux is pretty wild. This week we had mornings where the temps were in the low 50’s and then afternoons in the 80’s. So layeringing is key! Jockey just added a great selection of layering pieces for both men and women.
Speaking of layering, this reversible vest is awesome! It’s as if you’re getting two items for the price of one and unlike many reversible pieces, this vest has pockets on both sides! Props to Jockey! Such a small detail but it’s so useful to me to have pockets. I’d never reverse the vest if one side didn’t have them.
It doesn’t pick up in photos but this tie back top has metallic shimmer along the bottom hem in the front. I think the tie back detail adds interest without sacrificing any comfort. You may have seen on my Instagram stories that Chris mistook my charcoal joggers for his and put my pants on and wondered why they were so fitted on him. š These WOMEN’S joggers are comfortable and flattering with great stretch. I’m wearing size small for reference.
How lucky are we to get to pick up this cutie every day at 1 pm?
Chris’ waffle henley is a great basic and fits true to size. It’s the type of shirt you can wear almost year round! The pants have a classic, athletic fit and also fit true to size.
If you have kids, do they walk to school or take the bus? I’d love to hear from you below! Thanks for stopping by today!
And thank you to Jockey for sponsoring this post.
