If there’s one color that’s lacking in my wardrobe it’s definitely red! Have you noticed I almost never wear red? In general I stick to neutrals, but to celebrate holidays (Christmas too) I break out of my comfort zone. I like to add subtle pops of red to my patriotic party outfits and today I’m partnering with Sperry to share the cutest summer shoes my hubby and I just got for our Memorial Day weekend beach trip. These red, white, and blue crab/lobster shoes will turn heads all summer and make you a stand out guest at any patriotic BBQ’s you may be attending.

Whether it be the ocean or lake, my family unwinds best near the water. The ocean beach we go to is pretty rocky in the summer so it’s nice to have a pair of shoes that slip on and off easily to take down to the water. Some husbands might give you grief about twinning, but my husband loves to be casual. And these Sperry shoes are much cuter than his usual sneakers so it’s a win win. We are planning to plant ourselves in the sand and eat a lot of food this weekend – how about you?
