I’m excited to be partner with Express to share some darker denim hues for fall! Express is my go to for denim because of the flattering fit (no saggy bum after a few days ? of wear) and they offer tall (and petite) sizes! They have a lot of new washes and cuts for fall so I’m highlighting a couple favorites below.
First this button fly skinny jean in a gray wash. These fit like a glove and have a raw hem that adds some interest. They hold their shape so well. I’m wearing my usual size 2 long for reference.
I paired the jeans with a statement top that encompasses so many of my favorite elements into one piece: texture, statement puff shoulders, and a neutral color. This top is a little sheer, pair is over a nude bra or I’m wearing it over a nude cami.

The jeans are a slim ankle super high rise. I’m wearing 2 regular so they’re the cropped length I was going for. These are quite snug, which I like in skinny jeans, but you might consider sizing up if between.
This chic blazer fits true to size and has flecks of blue throughout so it pairs well with this navy tee (xs). Add mules or flats for a polished business casual outfit.

These flare jeans will make your legs look a mile long! As to what shoes to pair with flare jeans, I always pair them with heels for a super duper leg lengthening effect. These fit true to size, wearing 2 long. I styled them with a fitted knit tank I highly recommend. Great alone or under a blazer, I’m wearing xs.
Speaking of blazers this white one is well cut if you’re in the market for a boyfriend blazer. It’s long and gently oversized while still being chic! I’ll share more styling ideas for that in the next couple weeks.

While it’s not dark denim, if you’re back to the office why not make a statement in these faux leather pants? Most of us spent so long in joggers we are eager to land on the other side of fashion. This ruffle trim satin blouse and faux leather pants do just that!
