My older son finishes kindergarten this Friday and summer vacation begins. As a work from home mom I’m not quite sure “vacation” is the term I’d use, but I’m looking forward to making fun memories as a family. A lot of you requested warm weather vacation outfit ideas so I wanted to share some outfits that include my personal favorite summer trend – shell embellishments.

All of the pieces I’m sharing are from Nordstrom. They carry so many cute on trend items at every price point. I tend to shop their junior’s section quite often where I find a lot of fun statement pieces that don’t break the bank.

Warm Weather Vacation Outfit 1:

For the beach you’ll need a swimsuit and coverup. I love this white cover-up dress that has both gauzy and crochet knit texture to it. I’m wearing size small below. Can you spot my shell earrings and sandals?

Warm Weather Vacation Outfit 2:

How pretty is this Free People Lille print maxi dress? If you have a beach vacation planned this would be so pretty for a dinner date or even a beach wedding. It is low cut and not very bra friendly. I wear wearing these breast petals and would recommend this dress for smaller busted gals like myself to avoid embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions.

Again you see I am rocking my favorite shell earrings to compliment the beachy vibes of the dress.

Warm Weather Vacation Outfit 3:

Last but not least an everyday summer look that starts with with a $10 basic tank you can wear to bed or the bar! I like to pair high waisted shorts with more fitted tops like this tank because I find that silhouette to be very flattering.

Again I added some shell accessories like this cute straw bag and my favorite shell earrings.
