Summer is winding down and it’s a tough time to be shopping because it’s late in the season to be buying more warm weather wear but early to be buying Fall goodies.   There are some weekend sales going on that I wanted to clue you in about.   Cardigans are one of the few things that might be a useful thing to stock up on now.   They’re perfect for Summer evenings and will take you into Fall days.

Side note – I’m feeling a little sappy about school starting back.  I’ve loved the slow mornings not having to rush out of the house.   I had a little anxiety just before school let out that I hadn’t signed my 4 year old up for many Summer programs but we survived and sort of thrived.   My life changed so much when I gave up my cardiology job in July.   I’m still waiting to start up my new healthcare position (ENDLESS PAPERWORK to get going) but I’m soaking up all the time with my kids.  So cliche but they do grow up fast.  My little one has just taken to talking in the last couple months which is my FAVORITE stage so far with both my kids.   They speak to sweetly and don’t know how to talk back quite yet 🙂
